Customer email does not contain a download link to product

I am trying to work out why Customer emails from our shop are not including a link to download the product. It is currently happening to a lot of our customers.

I’ve tested it when logged in to the site via WordPress admin page and the email seems to send with the links. This is to my business email address.

I have also tested it when logged out of the site and I dont even receive an email to my hotmail account.

Customers have said that they receive an email but there are no links to download the products in the email.

Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?

Не отправляет сообщения в телеграмм. Настроил согласно инструкции. Во Flamingo из Contacts Form 7 приходят сообщения. На почту, нет. Отправка почтовых сообщений заблокирована хостинг-провайдером. Может ли это повлиять на работу вашего плагина?

Album not working

Hi guys, I have a problem with the album and the thumbnails, they not displaying, I will have all my albums on this site:

When I click on albums I redirected to the main page, also the thumbnails did not work.

When I adding a gallery it work’s.

Any idea what is the problem here?

Hummingbird (+Smush?) broke some images randomly

I was running Smush for a few days, everything was going OK, bar a glitch with LazyLoad beta which I had to switch off. Things went bad after i installed Hummingbird. Now the NextGen galleries get empty images, and this happens randomly, so it’s not like there are some images permanently broken. Tried on two machines, opera, chrome, firefox, safari. Some browsers have fewer broken images, e.g. opera. And if I right-click to open the broken images in the new tab, they do appear, the same if i refresh a couple of times. A third image in the gallery would often be missing, but others as well. I don’t know if it’s just hummingbird or conflict between the two plugins. The most annoying thing is that the problem did not disappear after i deactivated and then uninstalled the plugins. I did not install any other plugins or done anything else so it must be hummingbird. Did it do something to cache? OR compressed files?

Multi Column Menu

Hello,
I am needing to create a Multi-Column Menu (essentially a Mega Menu) without a plugin. I’m expecting to use the Nav Menu Walker and set things up such that the user could get some minimal control over the columns by entering a specific class name in the menu entry (in the admin panel at “>Appearance>Menus>”.)

I could explain why I’m needing to do it without a plugin ..but that could be a long drawn-out explanation.

This is a somewhat difficult requirement. I’m sure there are right ways and wrong ways of doing it. If anyone here is aware of the proper way of approaching this I’d appreciate hearing it. Thanks.

Sanity Check: Making Child Themes Behave

Theme: Teletype
Issue: Child theme loading theme stylesheets BEFORE bootstrap stylesheet

Using the recomended code:

The “parent” stylesheet (and child) jumped from being the 7th or so in the page source to being right before the “bootstrap.min.css” stylesheet (bootstrap.min.cs being the 2nd stylesheet)

After some digging and finding and add_action priority would move it, but caused double loading of the child theme stylesheet, I found wp_register_style() and arrived at the following code.

Site Kit plugin is active but requires setup

Since no one has responded to my previous post, I am re-posting and adding a copy of previous post again.

How do I fix this issue??

I installed Site Kit last night and spent a couple hours setting everything up. When I was finished everything was working fine. Today when i hover over “Site Kit” in the navigation bar I see the Dashboard and all the other links are gone. When I click on Dashboard it says “Site Kit plugin is active but requires setup”. I clicked “Start Setup” and it has me sign in to my google account, then returns to this same page. What is going on with this?

@dspurlock thanks for reaching out to us about the issue. There could be a number of aspects in your environment that could preventing the setup. It would be great if we could work with you to pinpoint what it is.

“Can you please follow the “”Fix setup issues”” guide from the plugins website documentation in order to get Site Kit connected.

If the steps resolve your issue please let us know what fix resolved your issue. If the problem remains after attempting all suggested fixes please provide the following information:
– Your web hosting provider
– Your site health information“

You ask me to follow the guide and report back. So here is your report.

Update to the latest version of Site Kit: VERSION 1.0.1
Check your site settings: go to Settings > General. Verify that the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) values match. THEY MATCH
Deactivate potential conflicting plugins: Below is a list of plugins ALL which I deactivated.
GA Google Analytics
MailPoet 3
MetaSlider
UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
WP-Optimize
Yoast SEO
Switch your active WordPress theme: DONE, NO CHANGE
Disable any potential security/ad blocker or firewall software: DON’T HAVE ANY.
Install Site Kit with an incognito window: DONE
Use a different computer to set up Site Kit: DON’T HAVE ANOTHER COMPUTER
Ensure that your environment fulfill all minimum requirements: PHP version 7.1 WordPress version 5.2.4

After deactivating the above plugins, I deactivated and deleted Site Kit. Then re-Installed Site Kit with an incognito window. I reconnected all Google products and everything was working correctly. I then re-activated all the plugins and closed the incognito window. I then logged back into my admin panel from Chrome and everything was working correctly. I just hope it is tomorrow. I worked great last night when I logged off. We will see.

My hosting provider is Hostgator.

Also, my fears were correct. Site Kits is back to the same state again this afternoon. It says “The Site Kit plugin is active but requires setup”. It was working fine last night.

Ensure text remains visible during webfont load

Hi,

I get this message in Google PageSpeed ‘Ensure text remains visible during webfont load’ and this file socialpug.woff is listed underneath. Is it possible to opt-out of loading this font? I don’t use the share count nor the button labels so I don’t think this font serves any purpose on my blog.
