Hello,
I need help with prioritizing of the woocommerce product categories, i need to show category which is visited by user.
Right now i have enabled the option “Product Hierarchy Referer Influence” but it doesn’t track user.
Please help with this, This is the product.

You can go this product via catogory men > clothing > t-shirts or men > clothing > essentials
But breadcrumb always shows essentials.
Kindly help with this as soon as possible.

How to disable AMP support on custom templates(of pages/archives etc.)

Hello.I’m currently using your plugin to add amp support to a website.
Is there an option to disable amp on specific templates of lets say pages for which I have multiple templates(http://prntscr.com/pt7cmn), so if I would like to disable amp support on ppc page template for example, how would I do that programmatically?
I want to make sure that in the future if any page was created of the template I choose not have amp be ampless without having to do to it manually in Edit Page.
I can’t find the specific template names in general settings of amp plugin.Thanks a lot!

I have the premium plugin and lately from the server I have 5xx error problems. From the server they tell me that it is the plugin that makes many queries to the hard disk and that is why these errors are occurring, is there any way to reduce these queries?

But I get ‘Invalid mailbox syntax is used.’
What am I doing wrong?

Imagify getting time out error

Hi,
I am facing issue on imagify when doing image optimization.
below is error
“cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds”
I have followed all steps as mention in “https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/326-how-to-fix-a-curl-error-28-connection-timed-out-in-wordpress”
Previously I was facing same issue on plugin installation because my network has firewall security. I have enabled for it. Now I am facing this issue on optimizing image.
Please help me here to fix it.

I have already tried to disable the component and reinstall it but the error message persists when Jetpack is active again.
I also checked the files involved to make sure that there are no blank spaces before or after the <? php and?> tags. I have not detected any, what can be the cause of the message?

Email not sending

Hi guys,
I installed the free version as I was looking to test it before I buy the premium version but the basic functionality of sending the email to the customer is not working after 7 days of waiting.
Now, I am using the plugin for sending an email after an order is marked as complete in another purposes not for reviews. The reviews for products in woocommerce settings is turned off as the website doesn’t need product reviews, does this affect the way the plugin trigger the emails? I overridden the template with an email customizer plugin drag&drop.
I’ve checked ywrr_daily_send_mail_job and is set correctly. I’ve uninstall/deactivated it and install/activated it again but no results. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

invalid dates and ad-hoc dates

I need help with a couple of things if possible please:
– Tried using the ‘invalid dates’ functionality but it isn’t working.
– Also l wanted to add the odd ad-hoc day (like one Saturday a month) but can’t see anyway of doing this. The only solution l can see is to add in Saturday’s as a working day then block out those l don’t want.

Cannot change order of blocks

I cannot for the life of me work out where the layout of a page can be edited.
On the homepage I can only edit one section of the page, For example, the form, I can edit the form in the form section, but if I wanted to move it down the page I cannot because the only thing I can edit is the “LOUGHBOROUGH TAXI COMPANY” Section below it.
And the section below “LOUGHBOROUGH TAXI COMPANY” where it names the 3 services, I cannot find ANYWHERE in wp-admin. I have the classic editor add-on
