I do have activated your plugin networkwide, but I still get this message : “You run a Multisite installation with subfolders, which prevents this plugin from handling the .htaccess. To enable .htaccess redirection, activate SSL networkwide. To ignore this message, just dismiss it. ”

So.. My htaccess do content any rules only my wp-config.php has changed to include your SSL Load balancing fix
