This problem only tangents preview mails:
If I set a link to an external website (URL is correct, checked it, has “http://www.” at the beginning) in the Newsletter and send a preview e-mail and klick the link it gives me a “404 Error” not found. I know (http://docs.mailpoet.com/article/19-confirmation-and-unsubscribe-pages-are-blank) mentions something with 404 Errors and Preview, but I´am not shure if this is an “known and accepted Bug/Error” and won t get fixed.
All internal links working fine.
Version: MailPoet 2.7.5
It has something to to with the tracking code. (I checked the urlpassed argument which is the external URL base64 encoded, which gives me the correct decoded URL back.)
If I send the Newsletter (not as preview) it works fine. Therefore I can check the correctness of my mail this way but makes the “preview email” useless, bcs I am never 100% shure it is working the way supposed to.
