[Resolved] doesn’t work for manually added img tags

Hi,

thank you for your wonderful plugin!

I only have an issue with it, I doesn’t seem to work on widgets or templates if I had and image with a img tag (not a css background). For instance, if I have a logo on text widget, and the code is:

<a href="/"><img width="215px" height="53px" src="/pathtoimage.png"/></a>

The retina image is not displayed, even if I added the fullscreen retina image before (I use the pro version), is there a way to make it work? You can see my site logo not being retina here: http://www.amicamako.com
