Woocommerce credit card number text field too narrow

Hello —

I am running WooCommerce 2.6.4.

At checkout the credit card text entry form is too narrow and only displays 4 characters to the end user. (The font size is correct, so this is different than a previous issue reported.)

How can I make the text entry form width bigger so that the full 16 digit card number displays?
