Tools Import Button is not working

Hello to all,

I am desperate to fix Import button in my WP back-end under Tools>Import. When I click on it, I get:

The irontimewp.irontime-sales.com page isn’t working
irontimewp.irontime-sales.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
