This plugin does what it’s supposed to do and is easy to use.
Yet I might discard it because upon activation, in the back end there are 2 php notices for undefined index page coming from wp-content/plugins/wordpress-notification-bar/inc/class-plugin.php:126 & 144.
In the front end, there are no notices anymore.
