This is the first time I have used this plugin and I have the site running on PHP 7.x, SSL, NginX etc, on its own an VPS at DigitalOcean, with no caching running.
When I deactivate the plugin it appears to deactivate but the effect is that a non-logged-in user still cannot access the site.
I have killed all previous sessions, deleted browser caches and used different browsers all to the same effect.
This little sucker likes its job and doesn’t want to let go.
