Two types of list/submit?

We are currently using this plugin to display and submit events on the site:

http://hrrn.blogs.sas.ac.uk/

But I’m wondering if it’s possible to use it a second time – for “upcoming deadlines” – we’d need a separate display and a separate upload form.

I don’t mind if they’re mixed up on the back end.

I wondered if it was something that could be achieved with tags but I’m not sure.
