About 10% of our base country (UK) orders come through with International shipping added and paid for. Obviously the customer hasn’t noticed this additional cost has been added and pays anyway.
I don’t know how they can even select international shipping as their address is clearly a UK address.
The shipping zones are set correctly to the following settings:
UK – United Kingdom (UK) – Free Shipping, Express Shipping
EU – Europe – International Delivery
Rest of the World – International Delivery
I’ve even ticked the box “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered” to see if it prevented this issue but no luck.
