Parse error on Wholesale Market plugin

Enabling the Wholesale Market Plugin returns the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/nxn/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wholesale-market/addons/csv-import-export/class-cwsm-csv-import-export.php on line 221

This is a brand new WordPress installation.
Wordpress ver: 4.7.4
Woocomerce ver: 3.0.4
Wholesale Market ver: 2.0.6

What could this be?
