Rest of the World currency not showing in Currency Switcher

I just purchased the Advanced Currency Options extension in order to be able to provide a currency switcher to a webshop. I have set up two zones (Denmark and Sweden) with their own currencies, and for ‘The Rest of the World’ the currency is set to Euro.
The Danish krone and the Swedish krona shows up in the Currency switcher widget, but not the Euro.
The WooCommerce version is 3.0.1.
