JetPack Social Media Icons Customization

I have the JetPack plugin installed and would love some assistance in customizing the social media icons widget that accompanies it. Here is what I would like to do:

1) Center the icons on the sidebar.
2) Change the colors so that each icon is a different color.
3) Change the icons to Font Awesome if possible.

I need to be told exactly what to do and where to put the code. I understand some of this stuff, but not all.

I use the Genesis theme with the Tasteful child theme my Restored 316 Designs.
