Product link – odd elements at the bottom

I have a link to my single product on one of my pages:

At the bottom of the product box is my logo with a link back to Home and another link that seems to offer WordPress and HTML embedding options.

I don’t want either of these at the bottom but cannot get rid of them. Any ideas? I’m a bit of a novice at this.
