Add action Status links to dashboard

Hi Nate thanks for your help so far, it is really appreciated. Can i ask is there a way so that the action status links for confirmed or confirm could be put alongside the edit and trash, so that the manager or in our case it will be the receptionist can simply click confirm, rather than tick the box and go to actions.
