In wordpress 4.7 with the newest NextGen gallery plugin, editing of inserted galleries causes that html code is replaced to the shortcode. Why? How to back to the previous method?
existing code:
img class=”ngg_displayed_gallery mceItem” src=”…/nextgen-attach_to_post/preview/id–2583″
are replaced to the shortcode (is not possible to edit again through visual editor. It was useful to reorder images in gallery etc).
