Trying to fix a typo, can’t find it in the database or admin

I’m trying to fix a typo on a client’s site, but I cannot find it in the administrator. I tried searching the database, and I can’t find it there either. The typo is text because I can see it in the HTML code of the page. They have the Custom Fields plugin installed. When I go to the page in the administrator, the field that I need to edit doesn’t match the website, but when I edit text in the main part of the page, it changes.

I’m trying to change “Vaction” to Vacation.
